Where is your clothing made? 

All of our clothing is made in Los Angeles, CA.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1 week at the latest for your order to be processed and shipped out. From then, Economy Shipping 3-7 business days to most major cities, 5-18 days world-wide. All orders are shipped out with USPS.  

We are not responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. Dyke Queen is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 44 countries! 

How do I wash my t-shirt?

All of our shirts are made with 100% cotton. Wash the garment inside out to protect the text in a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry the garment flat away from the sun. An iron may be used on a low setting to smooth out any wrinkles.

Can I return or exchange my purchase? 

All of our products are non-refundable. Please carefully read our size chart before placing your order to ensure that you purchase the correct size, as you will not be able to return or exchange the product. 

Oops! I made a mistake on my shipping address. Can I change the address? 

No, all orders will be shipped to the address that is entered upon purchase.

How did Dyke Queen start?

Dyke Queen was started by Mariella Faura in 2023. She started Dyke Queen after a hate incident that occurred in her very own front yard. At the time, she had a rainbow doormat, which somehow provoked a local man to pee in her yard and yell slurs at her for it. One of the phrases he used was telling me to "dyke myself out". After feeling terrified and outraged, she later found this statement to be funny. She thought, "I kinda want that on a shirt?!" Thus, the one and only Dyke Queen was born.

Are you accepting wholesale requests and new stockists? 

Yes! We are happy to partner with retailers. Please visit our “Inquiries” page or get in touch via email with details about your shop (location, expected volume, etc.)

What does “pre-order only” mean?

It means the item is not currently in stock and will be produced/shipped after a certain date. When you purchase pre-order items, your payment is authorized up front, and the item will ship once it’s ready (usually in 2-3 weeks).

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes! If an item is sold out, you can subscribe to restock alerts on the product page or reach out to us via email or Instagram DM and we’ll let you know if it’s making a comeback.
