Refund policy

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Unless a mistake was made by us, such as wrong item or sizing, only then the customer is subjected to exchange for the right product that was ordered. Please contact us with the issue in mind within 5 days of receiving the product. 

Please review our size chart that is available on the slides of each product or reach out to our customer service through email. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered upon purchase, and if any changes are made, the customer is responsible for any additional payment.

Once we have shipped your items, the shipping carrier is responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We will only be able to refund orders if we have received the package back.
