ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Unless a mistake was made by us, such as wrong item or sizing, only then the customer is subjected to exchange for the right product that was ordered. Please contact us with the issue in mind within 5 days of receiving the product. 

Please review our size chart that is available on the slides of each product or reach out to our customer service through email.

Once we have shipped your items, the shipping carrier is responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We will only be able to refund orders if we have received the package back. 

Please allow 1 week at the latest for your order to be processed and shipped out!
From then, Economy Shipping: 3-7 business days to most major cities.

During peak and holiday periods, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. Please refer to the shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for shipping to your destination.

We are not responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Dyke Queen is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

How much is shipping?

Each order is charged at a flat rate of $4.50 USD for standard shipping. If priority shipping is selected, the estimated time frame is to indicate the shipping speed. The time to process the order is not included. 


What courier do you use?

We ship all our orders through USPS. We are located in the greater Los Angeles area.
